Visitor and session identifiers
Random identifiers connect page views, interactions and an inquiry journey without requiring a public account. They also allow a recognized browser to receive private follow-up messages.
Effective 25 August 2026. The site uses limited first-party identifiers, session storage and Google Analytics 4 to support navigation, measurement, inquiry reliability and private follow-up messages.
Random identifiers connect page views, interactions and an inquiry journey without requiring a public account. They also allow a recognized browser to receive private follow-up messages.
Fields entered in the inquiry form are kept in session storage so a failed request can be retried. The draft is removed after acceptance and normally ends with the browser tab session.
First-party records and Google Analytics can include path, referrer, campaign labels, device class, approximate geography, CTA interactions, search terms and engagement. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Inquiry field values are not sent as ordinary analytics events.
Browser controls can clear first-party and Google Analytics cookies or storage. Doing so may break draft recovery, visitor-message continuity and journey measurement but does not remove an inquiry already submitted.
