Separate storage from transit

A catalog storage statement is not automatically a complete transport instruction. Ask how the selected material and presentation are intended to be packed for the agreed route.

Describe the receiving conditions

Include destination, customs constraints, receiving days and any internal handoff that could delay controlled storage after delivery.

Keep the answer with the order record

When the route or season changes, revisit the transport assumptions rather than treating a prior shipment as a permanent specification.

  • Pack and temperature assumptions
  • Exception and excursion contact
